ASG is a cost-recovery unit within EITS at the University of Georgia, focused on developing web sites and web applications for clients at the university. Our mission is to provide high-quality application development at a reasonable cost to members of the university community.

ASG provides application development in support of academic, research and business needs within the University. As a cost-recovery group, ASG recognizes that our clients are our livelihoods, and we strive to deliver excellent customer service. We operate as efficiently as possible to accommodate diverse requests as quickly as we can, whether we are building enterprise wide web applications that maintain critical business processes, or supporting grant-based projects at the proposal stage.

ASG's staff has experience in a range of programming languages, and is constantly striving to learn or create the best tools and techniques to help UGA keep the pace with an ever-evolving global IT community.
